Our Process
The process of Mindful Yoga
The eight limbs of Ashtanga yoga are Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana Dhyana and Samadhi. Usually the common people may find difficulties in following especially Yama and Niyama. So we usually follow sookshma vyayama, suryanamaskar, asanas, pranayama and meditation. The other sections only for those who want to attain the highest level of calmness and ecstasy.
