We are providing stress reduction yoga classes at home and apartments for individuals and small groups. Individuals or small groups (2 to 4 persons) yoga classes will be more effective because we can customize the yoga modules as required. Mindful yoga consistently, highlighting how even a short daily routine can significantly reduce anxiety, increase focus, and promote a sense of calm. Our classes designed to foster self-acceptance, gratitude, and an overall sense of inner peace - key elements of holistic well-being.


We are providing Private yoga sessions, yoga home tuition,  In-home yoga classes, Residential (apartments) yoga programs at locations Ernakulam - Kochi, Kalamassery, Aluva, Kodungallur and North Paravur.
